Ajaxium handles even Server-Side Faults

Imagine that a real server-side error such as, for example, a database connection fault or a fatal application exception, has occurred. In such cases conventional AJAX controls as well as callback controls fail to take any action - they are unable to update themselves and remain static. At best, the user is left staring at the abstract message "Connection timeout", wondering what has gone wrong and what could be done.
